1. Customer data

2. All About Orders

Alpagloves.hu website is directly linked to our stock management system, and orders you place, once confirmed, will be entered directly into the system. All items shown on the website are normally in stock and available for immediate delivery. When using the system please use the links provided and avoid using the Back button on your browser.

  1. To place an order, select the product category and product, then colour, size and quantity. Click on Add to Cart.
  2. You can Continue Shopping if you want to select more items.
  3. When you have completed your order, click on CHECKOUT icon in the top right corner.
  4. You may continue shopping as a Guest or a Registered customer with an account. By creating an account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. If you are a Guest we will not store personal data.

You may review and confirm your order with delivery information, and add any special instructions on the Confirm Order screen. Make sure you enter your order reference as this is a required field. Before submitting your order on the Confirm Order screen you can view it any time and make changes by clicking on the CHECKOUT icon in the top right hand corner or clear it.

You will receive a notification when your order confirmed.

If your payment has been authorised, your order will be submitted and Alpa Gloves will send you an automated email as confirmation of the order, followed by a second email to inform you when your items has been dispatched.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be able to process your order and a message will appear on your screen informing you that the transaction cannot be processed.

While we make every effort to ensure the reliable running of our automated email system, from time to time there may be a technical fault with the system and an automated email might fail to reach the email address you have provided. In this instance, we will manually generate a confirmation. If you are affected by such a technical fault and have not heard from us, please contact us info@alpagloves.hu or alpagloves@gmail.com

We retain the right not to process a transaction at any time at our sole discretion for whatever reason.

3. Prices

Our prises are in hungarian forint (HUF) and ex work. You can change the price to EUR if you click € icon in the top.

4. Payment method

1.     Cash on Delivery (only in Hungary, GLS service) - Total order max. 150.000 HUF. COD payment fee: 600 HUF

2.     Payment in advance (free of charge):

  • Bank transfer - 3 days transfer deadline
  • Bank cards via PayPal (HUF and EUR) or SimplePay (HUF and EUR)

All prices shown are ex works.

We accept the following major payment cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Business, Maestro. Payment will be debited from your account once we dispatch your order.

5. Billing

The invoice is billed by Pál Éva e.v. The customer will receive the electronic invoice online.

6. Shipping

HUNGARY Delivery Information

  • Delivery for orders within Hungary: 1.990 HUF
  • Parcel locker in Hungary: 1.280 HUF
  • Orders are dispatched using GLS or MPL service
  • Delivery takes max. 3-5 business days
  • We provide a tracking code for your order

EU Delivery Information

  1. Standard shipping to EU is HUF 3.800 - FREE for orders over 80.000 HUF​
    • Delivery orders are dispatched using POST, priority, tracked mail service
    • Delivery takes 10-15 business days
    • We provide a tracking code for your order
  2. Express shipping to EU is HUF 6.900
    • Delivery orders are dispatched using UPS
    • Delivery takes 2-4 business days
    • We provide a tracking code for your order

OTHER countries delivery information (non EU)

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you wish to return order, you are entitled to do so, for any reason within 14 days following delivery of the items.
  • You can obtain a full refund of the purchase price of the delivered items provided that the items has not been used; its tags and labels remain fixed to the items and that it is returned in a re-saleable condition in original package
  • If you wish to exchange your order, you are entitled to do so, within 60 days following delivery of the items
  • Shipping fee is yours to return an item.
  • We do NOT accept responsibility for lost shipments sent without tracking.
